Routine approvals and motions - The board approved the meeting agenda and the consent agenda by voice vote. The initial motion to approve the agenda was made by Mrs. Witkowski and seconded by Mrs. Superski; members present voted in favor and the motion carried. - The CISA (Cybersecurity Information Sharing Agreement) contract had been pulled for discussion.
