The Woodstock selectboard voted to table the minutes from the previous meeting and approved a parade permit for the Reach the Beach event scheduled for Sept. 12, 2025.

Board members voted to postpone approval of the prior meeting’s minutes until the member identified as Kathy can return and complete them. An unnamed board member moved to table the minutes; another board member seconded the motion and members voted in favor. The minutes were formally tabled until the next meeting.

The board then considered a parade-permit application for the Reach the Beach event on Sept. 12, 2025, noting the route would follow the same path used in prior years—down Main Street and Route 3—with no changes to the route. A board member moved to approve the parade permit; another seconded the motion and the board voted in favor.

Both motions were put to a voice vote. A board member asked for confirmation that the three present members were voting; the chair responded and the voice votes were recorded as in the affirmative.
