Needham approves order of conditions for town fleet maintenance facility after minor plan changes

The commission voted by roll call to close the hearing and later approved the order of conditions; the chair and commissioners recorded aye votes on both motions.
Special conditions discussed for the project include marking trees proposed for removal, installing tree protection fencing where trees will be retained, and recording the stormwater operation-and-maintenance plan at the registry of deeds as part of the order of conditions.
The commission recorded the order of conditions for DEP file 234-948 and instructed staff to ensure required preconstruction measures (erosion controls, tree protection) are in place before work begins.
