He told the Board he had received a comment from “Lehi Utilities” requesting clarity on a waterline easement along SR 32; Bodricker said the Board’s approval would not prevent that change but the easement language must be corrected before the plat is signed and recorded.
Engineering staff noted 200 West is being upgraded with 11‑foot lanes, shoulders, a west‑side path and intersection work; the state will resurface and reconstruct intersections on SR 32 later in the year. The Board approved the plat and right-of-way acceptance by voice vote, subject to finalization of required utility easement language.
