At the start of the agenda the Bexley Board of Zoning and Planning tabled two items to the May meeting at the applicants’ requests.
Staff informed the board the applicants called to ask for the continuances. The cases—DZAP24-28, involving 490–492 North Cassidy (applicant Jawad Khan; owner Vexley Mart) and BZAP25-8, involving 49 South Parkview—had previously been noticed for the April meeting; both applicants asked to defer to May because they were not ready to proceed.
The motions to table DZAP24-28 and BZAP25-8 to the May meeting were moved and seconded (DZAP24-28 moved by Mr. Marsh, seconded by Mr. Eshelbrenner; BZAP25-8 moved by Mr. Eshelbrenner and seconded by Mr. King). The board voted in favor and the motions carried.
Staff noted the continuances provide public notice that the items will be heard at the May meeting and asked applicants to confirm readiness prior to that hearing.
