City Manager Rodriguez presented the consent calendar and summarized the items before the council, noting that the calendar bundles several separate actions into a single motion. "The consent calendar contains several separate items, which are acted upon by the city council in one motion," Rodriguez said. The council then moved, seconded and approved the consent calendar by voice vote.
