Coppell presents updated Community Experiences master plan; formal adoption set for May 13

Lauren Rodriguez, manager at the CORE and project coordinator, told the Coppell City Council the city’s Community Experiences master plan has been updated after a year of inventory, mapping and public outreach and that staff will bring the draft back for adoption on May 13.
The draft consolidates a system-level inventory, demographic analysis and public input gathered through 17 pop-up events, an online site and a teen-specific survey. Brad Moulton of consultant Dunaway outlined the process and said the plan pairs that data with facility-by-facility inventories, benchmarking, and a prioritized action plan that maps potential capital projects.
