Hinsdale trustees approve grocery tax ordinance, raise manager purchasing threshold and pass multiple routine items

The board also approved changing its purchasing threshold to $25,000, the statutory maximum for municipalities of Hinsdale's size, to reflect inflation and reduce administrative burden.
