The board also authorized a county official (Commissioner Mike Timlin) to sign a letter of authorization for the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles allowing Geraldine Lauer, fleet coordinator, or Jackie Jacqueline Petty, director of budget and finance, to complete and sign required forms for an investigative fictitious…
