Berwyn council approves resurfacing, sewer work, police contracts, appointments and other routine business

The City of Berwyn council approved a package of municipal contracts, appointments and informational items during the April council meeting.
Major formal actions included awarding the 2025 Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) roadway resurfacing contract to Lindahl Brothers Inc. for $2,147,157.50 plus a 5% contingency (funded through the MFT program) and awarding a Program Year 2024 CDBG roadway and sewer replacement project (HUD Activity No. 770771) to Lindahl Brothers Inc. for $832,248.50 (funded through Community Development Block Grant program year 2024 funds).
