After creating the line item, the committee approved a separate motion authorizing payment for up to six tickets, at $45 each, not to exceed $270; members said the town-issued official table will be used if available and the committee funding would only be used if seats were otherwise unavailable.
Committee members asked staff to confirm the reservations and to report final attendance and costs to the committee after the luncheon.
