Dust control: Justin, county roads staff, said the county received a single bid from Glacier Dust Control (Morehead) at $1.78 per gallon — higher than the prior year’s magnesium‑chloride work but the county said the calcium product in the current quote had performed better in recent seasons. Commissioner Mogile moved to approve the quote; the board approved by voice vote.
Local road bid: The county opened five bids for SEP 14‑5904‑2 (Fifteenth Street, Holly). Engineer estimates were $1,084,571.01; bids ranged from $876,081.38 (Hauge Incorporated; low) to $1,110,387.00. County staff recommended awarding the contract to Hauge, subject to the city of Holly’s approval of the project; the board approved the contingent award.
