The board unanimously adopted Resolution 25-06 to terminate old development agreements affecting parcels in the village’s marketplace ahead of an anticipated closing for a buyer identified in meeting materials as Woodsonia. The village’s development attorney, Alan Markovitz, reviewed the item and recommended approval, and trustees said the outstanding issues with Kroger and other parties had been resolved pending the closing date. The motion to adopt 25-06 was moved by Trustee Greaves and seconded by President Montgomery; Trustees Johnson, Gries, Thompson, Booker, Woods, Mullins and President Montgomery recorded votes in favor and the resolution was adopted.
