Council forwards housing-rehab bids to SIRPC for review after mixed responses

Staff said that if only one bid is received on an item the grant administrator (OCCRA/SIRPC) would review the rules and advise whether a single bid could be accepted or if rebidding is required.
City staff also said the program currently qualifies for $350,000 in grant funds, with the city match shown in meeting materials as $38,008.89. Council approved the staff recommendation to proceed with verification and award steps.
