The CZA approved the outlot after staff explained the strip would convert a historical easement into fee ownership for access to a larger parcel. Nick (zoning staff) told the agency the outlot is a 66-foot-wide strip and said the subdivision ordinance allows creation of such outlots when they serve access or drainage functions. Kristen Belongia (applicant representative) told the committee the town board approved the land division at its meeting the prior Monday and that the town placed conditions only on a separate conditional-use matter, not on the land division itself. A motion to approve the outlot passed (motion by Grabowski; second by Koenke).
