- Three-party agreement (interest reserve account): The commission authorized the president to execute a three-party agreement among the Monongalia County Development Authority, the City of Morgantown and Monongalia County to establish and fund an interest payment reserve account; the county and city each will contribute $500,000 as described in a prior resolution (Aug. 21, 2024). The county—s signature is to be held until the Development Authority also executes a related deed of trust.
