The staff presenter described a maximum contract amount of $18,200 and said any expenditures beyond that would require further city approval: "Maximum amount that this can go to is $18,200. Anything past that, we'll have to have city approval or they will incur those costs."
Board members discussed funding sources briefly; staff said they had not confirmed exactly which line item would pay the bill but noted the memorial-home fund might cover it or it could come from miscellaneous funds. Mayor Chris Martin moved to approve the Solid Platforms LLC scaffolding services contract; the motion was seconded and carried by roll call votes recorded as yes from Levi Jones and Chris Martin.
