Mayor Chris Martin, presiding, read the claims total during the meeting: "This includes claims for $184,135.92 Payroll $285,242.46. Trash claim for a hundred and $15,605.50. Police pension claim for a hundred and $50. Fire pension claim for $150 and TIF discretionary claims for $67" and moved to approve the claims as presented. The motion was seconded and approved by roll call votes from Levi Jones and Chris Martin.
The board recorded unanimous votes on both the minutes and the claims approval. No public comments were offered before the actions.
Meeting procedures then moved to new-business agenda items after the claims vote.
