House Rules committee appoints Rep. Sibylia Dover to Discrimination Prevention Panel

The House Committee on Rules voted 7-0 Wednesday to appoint Representative Sibylia Dover to the House Discrimination Prevention Panel, filling a vacancy left by Representative Donahue.
