The committee unanimously approved the minutes after a motion by James Bailey and a second from Mike McEmory. Committee members responded “Aye,” and the chair declared the motion passed.
Later in the meeting the committee moved to go into executive session “for 5 ILC S 100 and twentytwo C for compensation of specific employees and discretionary leaves.” James Bailey made the motion and Tina Bush seconded. A roll-call vote followed; each named member recorded an aye vote and the motion to enter executive session passed.
No citizen comments were recorded during the meeting and the transcript shows no further public business before the executive session motion was adopted.
