Board approves minutes and votes to enter executive session

The board approved the minutes from the Feb. 26 meeting and later voted to enter executive session to discuss complaints.

Lede: At the meeting, members moved and seconded approval of the minutes from the Feb. 26 meeting and voted unanimously to accept them. The board recorded Michael as excused.

Nut Graf: Two formal actions were recorded: approval of minutes and a motion to enter executive session on complaints. No other formal ordinances, contracts or budget items were voted.

Minutes approval: Rick moved to approve the minutes from the Feb. 26 meeting; a second was recorded (Johnny). The chair asked for discussion, none was offered, and the motion passed unanimously with five members present. The board noted that minutes should annex comment contributions from Zach Wynne that were submitted in advance for the prior meeting.
