The committee heard from Ronald (Ron) (lead auditor) of the audit firm, who told members the auditors—opinion is unmodified——commonly called a clean opinion. "The financial statements referred to above present fairly in all material respects ... for the year then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in The United States Of America," Ron said.
