Parents urge clarity on Eagan zoning waitlist and seek local special-education advisory committee

She said she and other parents circulated a petition asking district boards to establish a local committee that reports directly to each district board to restore local input and collaboration on special-education programs. Board trustees asked clarifying questions about how a local committee might be structured and whether members would be drawn from Los Altos School District families; Biggs said the proposed committee would be local to LASD.
