Cindy summarized: “We are increasing revenues $4,000, increasing expenditures to $202,400, and the net impact of that $198,400 is the utilization of prior‑year capital fund balance.” She added the CIP purchases approved were $2,629,000, there was a reallocation of $97,411, and the amendment will use $1,986,590 of the prior year capital fund balance.
