Dunphy and other speakers also asked about using the courthouse square or county administrative sites for future rallies. Commissioners and staff said organizers should apply to the county (Deb and Verley were cited as points of contact) and noted planned courthouse construction in July could limit availability; the county said it could provide scheduling guidance and a permit application.
