Rick Brinley and developer Kenny Sadler presented a site plan for climate‑controlled storage units on parcel map 066 HA, Parcel 8018. The applicant told the commission neighbors had been notified, a six‑foot privacy fence would surround the property, and gate hours would be limited (locked at 10:00 p.m., reopened at 6:00 a.m.). Staff recommended approval; the commission approved the site plan after a motion and second.
