Attorney Terry Bailey, representing the applicant, told the council the corrective steps would be to obtain a certificate of occupancy and transfer the business license into the applicant's name and that he expected those steps could be completed before the next hearing. The council voted to postpone action; the item will return after police confirm compliance.
