Ultimately the council approved a motion by Councilperson Hoffman, seconded by Councilperson Giese, to approve the planning commission joint meeting minutes for March 20, 2025, contingent on attaching the draft table-of-uses exhibit prepared by staff and commission members.
Staff and planning commissioners said Paula and Paul had prepared a draft with highlighted changes; staff agreed to include that draft as an exhibit with the minutes and to bring the revised package to the planning commission for an amended approval if needed.
Ending: The council’s conditional approval preserves a concise minutes format while attaching a document intended to show the substantive changes discussed at the joint meeting; staff will return with the minutes plus exhibit for final inclusion.
