The board approved motions to dismiss two matters after staff reported the properties had come into compliance: case number 24-86868 (2489 Flora Lane) and case number 24-86332 (1640 Via Bianca). Code compliance supervisor Nick Faulkner presented each dismissal by affidavit and photographs and the board voted to approve staff motions to dismiss.
The board also approved the minutes of the previous meeting by voice vote and confirmed the next meeting will be held at the Lashley Community Room on Wednesday, May 28 at 9 a.m. At the start of the agenda staff swore witnesses for testimony for the day's hearings.
