There was no public comment during the committee meeting before a motion to approve was made by Councilman Esquivel and seconded by Councilman Moody. The committee chair called for a vote and recorded no opposition.
Soden said she had not received an official opening date from the applicant but believed the business was targeting June. The committee made a recommendation to forward approval to the City Council at its next meeting.
The committee carried the recommendation forward without additional conditions or amendments recorded in the meeting transcript.
