Committee postpones decision on exception request for property south of High Plains Road

Planning Director Charles Bloom briefed the committee that staff had begun coordinating with Laramie County Public Health, the Board of Public Utilities and other parties after the applicant’s recent outside water-user agreement application. Bloom said staff needed more time to reconcile the outstanding details with previously approved outside-user agreements and recommended postponement to finalize those conversations and provide a detailed summary to the committee.
A motion to postpone the matter for two weeks was made and seconded; the committee approved the postponement by voice vote. The committee record indicates staff will continue coordination with the applicant and affected agencies before the next governing-body meeting.
