• John Humphrey House and Stellwagen Farmhouse renovations — Krause Construction Inc. (RFP 24-020): base $881,667 plus $18,333 contingency; total not to exceed $900,000. Motion by Trustee Campos; outcome: approved by roll call (unanimous among those present).
The sidewalk contract was noted as related to a budget amendment because the village received $430,000 from Cook County that made the work possible. The Davis Concrete award was conditioned on Cook County approval and authorization for the village manager to execute related contracts subject to village attorney review.
