Town Manager Grant Kleinhenz, who presented the agreement, said the contract sets Markley’s annual salary at $90,000 and provides three weeks of paid vacation. “He will be a town employee, so he's subject to all of those PTO agreements, everything else that we have according to our personnel policy manual,” Kleinhenz said.…
