"We just basically want to keep it, the neighborhood that it is," said Bonnie Skiers, who identified her address as 11168 NC 87 South and spoke during the hearing. Patricia Gravley, a nearby property owner, said she bought her land for privacy and expressed concern about increased traffic and strangers on her private drive.
