The Sarpy County Board of Commissioners held a public hearing on April 22 on a proposed vacation of portions of South 190th Street right-of-way adjacent to the Gretna Landing development (applicant: H & S Blink 190 Second LLC, contact Andrea Gosnell Parker). County staff said the county engineer submitted a recommendation and that notice requirements were met; the City of Gretna submitted a letter attached to the agenda materials.
No members of the public spoke during the hearing. County staff said no action was required at the meeting and the item will return to the board at the next practical meeting for a formal vote.
Because the hearing was informational and no board action was taken, county staff and the applicant will appear before the board again with any additional materials or recommendations requested at that time.
