City staff told the council the three members had agreed to serve another two-year term and were in good standing; staff recommended reappointment. The council exchanged brief questions about how often the board meets; staff said the Board of Adjustment meets as needed.
Pro Tem Dr. Bruce moved to reappoint the three members; the motion was seconded by Councilor Potter. City Secretary Lydia called the roll and the motion carried 6-0.
Councilors noted that an alternate position on the Board of Adjustment remains vacant; staff did not present a nominee for that seat during the meeting.
