The city published required public notices under Government Code section 50022.3 and reported no letters of concern were received in the noticed period. Staff recommended adopting Ordinance No. 17 33 to reference the updated codes for the city’s building, fire and administrative regulations.
Council action: After brief council discussion and no public comment, a motion to adopt the ordinance was made and seconded. The roll-call vote recorded Councilmembers Patty Lopez, Victoria Garcia and Joe Fajardo and Vice Mayor Maria Solorio and Mayor Mary Mendoza as voting yes; the motion passed unanimously.
