Mass. EEC webinar outlines common errors, eligibility rules for child‑care capital grant

A program manager for the Department of Early Education and Care reviewed eligibility rules, common application errors and documentation expectations for the agency’s child‑care capital grant program during a webinar, and said the agency will publish first‑round recommendations early this summer and open a second application round then.
