Staff confirmed the CZIM change was withdrawn from the text amendment at this time and that the demolition‑notice change under discussion only affects the advertising period for DRB demolition hearings.
Council did not take formal action at the April 21 meeting; staff said they would return with the finalized text amendment for hearing and formal consideration.
