Jason Horn presented the warrants and purchase order summary. He said there were 22 purchase orders totaling $508,000; departments exceeding 5% of the PO total included Golden Spike (temporary flooring, crack seal and canopy tents) at about $303,000 (60%), Weber‑Morgan Health Department for flu vaccinations at roughly $73,000 (14%), and fleet upfitting for sheriff and roads vehicles at about $43,000 (8%). The warrant report listed 132 warrants totaling roughly $1.2 million; items over 5% included ramp grants to Hooper City, Onstage Ogden, Good Company Theater and Utah Humanities Council (about $469,000, 38%); jail costs including counseling, training and supplies (about $162,000, 13%); road construction (about $136,000, 10%); and ARPA funds for the RE Bailey project (about $83,000, 7%). Top vendors listed included Hooper City ($241,000), Onstage Ogden ($134,000), Far West City ($125,000) and Weber Human Services ($96,000).
After staff presentation, the commission moved, seconded and approved the consent agenda on a voice vote.
