The Three Rivers Local School District Board of Education approved a three-year administrative contract for Terry Riesenberg as treasurer and accepted multiple personnel actions during its April 22 meeting.
Board president (name not specified) moved to approve a three-year administrative contract for Terry Riesenberg as treasurer, effective Aug. 1, 2025, through July 31, 2028. The motion was seconded and recorded votes included: Mrs. Miller — Yes; Mr. Evans — Yes; Mr. McDonald — Yes.
The packet and subsequent omnibus motion (items a through n) included these personnel actions that the board approved as presented:
- Acceptance of the resignation of Aaron Marshall, director of human resources and administrative operations, effective July 31, 2025. The board noted in open remarks that Marshall has accepted a director of human resources position with the Lakota School District. Marshall addressed the board, thanked members for the opportunity, and said he was "very, very grateful for my 2 years here."
- Acceptance of the resignation of Christina Neely, high school language arts teacher, effective July 2025.
- Approval of additional hours and compensation for teacher Drew Dilly to monitor and teach online physical education and health courses for grades 9–12 from May 29, 2025, through the 2024–25 school year, not to exceed 60 hours at $30 per hour.

- Issuance of limited three-year administrative contracts (Aug. 1, 2025–July 31, 2028) to Megan Ribbit, assistant superintendent; Zach Staley, athletic director; and Marlene Uptegrove, director of food services.
- Issuance of a three-year administrative contract (Aug. 1, 2025–July 31, 2028) for Holly Sims to serve as principal at Taylor High School and for Adam Biedback to serve as principal at Taylor Middle School; the administration described these as internal promotions intended to retain institutional knowledge.
