Gutierrez said the clerk's office will notify the applicant when the governing body will consider the matter and that the applicant is not required to attend that meeting; the clerk and the hearing officer will represent the application if the item is pulled for discussion. Gutierrez closed the matter and recessed the hearing on that application.
No vote was taken at the hearing; the next formal step is consideration by the City of Santa Fe governing body once the hearing officer's report is filed.
