Member Phelan presented the public-safety items.
Finance reported a single resolution but deferred it to the May committee meeting; the committee noted the executive session will be scheduled after the county board meeting in May due to absences.
Miscellaneous items included a request to reinstate the county loan-and-repayment status report; staff said Harvest Supermarket's loan remains pending state action and has not closed. A committee member asked for an annual update and agreement for Black Business Alliance funding; staff said they would follow up.
The committee adjourned without an executive session.
