Hoffman Estates liquor commission approves licenses for RBC Chicagoland LLC at Bell Market

The Hoffman Estates Liquor Commission voted April 20 to release a Class A liquor license and to issue a Class A‑C license related to an application filed by RBC Chicagoland LLC, doing business as Bell Market.

The votes came after the petitioner introduced himself and an on‑site manager and answered a few questions from a resident about operating days and outdoor seating. The petitioner identified himself as Chad Spencer, owner of RBC Hospitality Group, and named Michael Tolusein as on‑site manager.

Votes and procedure: the chair called for motions and roll calls. The motion to release a Class A license and the subsequent motion to issue a Class A‑C license were seconded and carried on roll call votes recorded by the clerk. Commissioners William (Bill) D. McLeod, Mills, and Kinne recorded their votes as "Aye." The commission then adjourned.
