The council approved Resolution 1491-2025 to accept Thistledown Loop and Bramshale Drive in Churchill Phase 5 for city maintenance. Staff said a two-year maintenance bond in the amount of $516,321.79 and an engineer's estimate supporting that bond were attached to the request. The resolution passed on roll call.
