Representatives were present; signatures and mailing arrangements were discussed.
- Certificate of compliance request SE83-2148 (Great Island Ocean Club, Powers Lane) was continued to May 1, 2025, after a homeowner raised flooding concerns and engineers advised beachgrass planting and stabilization were needed (covered in a separate article).
- Stormwater permit SW202042 (Emad Zaran, 228 Route 28 — proposed mixed-use redevelopment) was continued to Jan. 16, 2025, because the peer review process has not been completed.
- Administrative motions: The commission approved minutes for Nov. 21, 2024 (carried unanimously) and tabled approval of Dec. 6, 2024 minutes pending additional members’ review.
