At the LCI full committee meeting, staff explained that the resubmitted regulation removed a $25 fee for registered burglar-alarm employees and contained no other substantive changes. "The resubmission removed the burglar alarm registered employee fee of $25 and that is all that this regulation did," Rebecca, a committee staff member, said.
A senator complimented the presentation and the chair took that as a motion; after a second the committee voted by voice to report the regulation favorably.
The regulation will be reported out to the next stage in the process.
