The Village Board appointed Kathy Maloney to the Riverside Historical Commission Thursday and administered the oath of office following a roll call vote.

Village President Pollack recommended Maloney for the commission seat, noting her prior service on the Landscape Advisory Commission and that she is active in the community and a historian. A motion to appoint Maloney was made and seconded; Clerk Stenzel called the roll and Trustees Mateo, Marshaszka, Evans, Gallegos and others recorded Aye votes. President Pollack asked Maloney to come forward and Clerk Stenzel administered the oath of office.

Ending: Maloney’s term on the Historical Commission will expire in 2026; trustees welcomed her to the commission.
