The council voted 7-0 to approve new and amended liquor licenses for businesses including First Round (2829 S. 180th St.), Harold’s Bar (8558 Blondo St.), the Hollows (5019 Underwood Ave.), Meadowlark Lounge (3302 Leavenworth St.), Unity Seafood (7605 Cass St.), EarlyBird (Village Pointe), Martini Nails and Spa (1008 S. 70th Plaza), Revival House (3710 Harney St.), NP Mart 19 (7166 N. 30th St.) and other establishments listed on the agenda. Several licenses included minor amendments to outdoor-area dimensions or waivers; one license group included an amendment to an application’s outdoor-dimensions before final approval.
The council also approved a revised preliminary plat for Pine Creek Woods (item 16), a package of rezones and plats for the Drews Hill / Y Street townhomes project (items 17–21), and a Carnation Place tax‑increment financing (TIF) redevelopment plan (item 22). Multiple agenda…
