Adrian Gardeby told the panel he has been on probation in the past and that the proposed placement would continue the 24/7 supervision he currently receives. Staff said the move would keep the same level of assistance in a larger adult family home; the panel approved the move to 1620 Forest Glen Drive.
Two applicants were denied because they did not appear. The panel voted to deny the request for Manuel Hernandez Cisnero and for Daniel Hernandez; members indicated they would notify the applicants' probation officers and allow reapplication or review at a future meeting.
